Refund policy

RETURNS
If we send you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact us immediately if a mistake has been made at info@cocoandjune.com.

Returns are accepted for a refund within 14 days of product arrival date for domestic delivery.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition in which it was received. If any damages are apparent, I cannot offer a refund or store credit. If you would like the damaged item shipped back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping costs for your original order are also not refundable.

Artwork cannot be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Hand painted Vans cannot be returned.
